Harp and Crown Credit Union is celebrating 21 years of supporting the PSNI Rugby Football Club!
What better way to mark the occasion than a brand-new Harp and Crown branded PSNI RFC kit!
The new kit was unveiled at the recent PSNI RFC v Holywood game at Newforge Sport Complex and Event Hub. PSNI RFC Captain Matt Hill presented a framed shirt to Harp and Crown Credit Union President Alistair McGowan ahead of the game, which may have proved to be a lucky charm. PSNI ended with a convincing win 49-0!
Harp and Crown Credit Union President, Alistair McGowan said: “It was with great pleasure to join PSNI Rugby Football Club as they unveiled their new Harp and Crown branded kit. It’s an absolute privilege to continue this great partnership for the 21st year and as the Principal Sponsor of PSNI Rugby Football Club. David McBurney, President of PSNI Rugby Football Club said: “As a token of our appreciation to Harp and Crown Credit Union, for the continued support of PSNI RFC, we are delighted to showcase our new branded kit. We are thankful for their continued support of our club, our players, and our colleagues, invaluable during these ongoing difficult economic times.”
The PSNI RFC is a “family club” and enjoys support from all ages. Spectators are able to watch the game away from the elements, in the 75-seater spectator stand alongside the main rugby pitch at Newforge Sports Complex and Event Hub.
As a Police sporting club, the PSNI RFC would welcome any new players (whether Police, Police Staff or family members), of all ability levels – from those who have played rugby before, to anybody who wants to try the game.
