The Police Federation for Northern Ireland (PFNI) is the representative body for police officers (Constable, Sergeant and Inspecting ranks) in the PSNI.

PFNI advocates for the rights, welfare, and interests of its members, providing support on issues such as pay, working conditions, and legal representation. By engaging with government, policymakers and key stakeholders, PFNI ensures the voices of officers are heard and they receive the necessary resources and protection to carry out their duties effectively and safely.
