Children's Mental Health Week
03 February 2025

It’s Place2Be’s Children’s Mental Health Week (3rd - 9th February) and the theme is "Know Yourself, Grow Yourself".
Family is so important to our members at the Harp and Crown, with 45% of members surveyed citing “family time” as their main interest outside of work.
According to the Children’s Mental Health Week website, this year’s theme is about encouraging children and young people to get to know who they are to help them build resilience, grow, and develop. It also explores the importance of self awareness and expressing emotions.
❤️ As parents and carers, you play an important role in your child’s mental health.
Let’s empower our children to work together to create a positive change for their mental health and wellbeing.
Official free resources for families are available here.
And remember, financial wellbeing and financial resilience is also so important...through our Junior accounts, you can help plan a healthier financial future for your child.
