Back in December we introduced our IT Dream team who collectively provide the best technological services possible for Harp and Crown Credit Union (HACCU) members.

No task is too big for the Caroma team, with them continually adapting and enhancing the system to meet the needs of our credit union and our members!
🆕 Since July last year, Harp and Crown Credit Union members have been enjoying a brand-NEW Online Banking experience, which now includes an APP and faster payments facility (launched in October).
📧 Plus we are now able to better communicate with our members through its superb marketing function! Including our Happy Birthday SMS 🎁📱- have you received yours? 🎈🥳

Member feedback has been fantastic with 80% of members surveyed, saying they were “very satisfied” with the NEW Online Banking APP.
