What a fantastic start to the NEW YEAR! In January we can reveal the following highlights for the Harp and Crown Credit Union…
📈 We welcomed over 75 NEW MEMBERS in January! Our overall membership figure (including Junior account holders) is almost 500 MORE since Jan 2025!
👶🏻 Junior accounts (0-15 years) grew by 11% inside one year!
💰🆙 Loans issued for the month had increased by 53% since Jan 2025! AND our overall LOAN BOOK has increased by over £1M inside one year!
🆕 We extended our COMMON BOND to Forensic Science NI, welcome to HACCU!
🚔 We welcomed many NEW Student Officers during our visit to the NI Police College!
📱Members registered for our ONLINE BANKING APP has increased by 21% inside one year!

Finally…we achieved our HIGHEST survey response rate to date, with almost 1400 taking part in our annual member survey. 96% of members said they were VERY SATISFIED with their overall experience as a HACCU member! THANK YOU to each and every one of you who took the time to provide feedback!👏 🎉
