We are well over half way to completing our 8 week LIFT Ireland Leadership Roundtable series.
This week we completed the LIFT Leadership Theme of EMPATHY & UNDERSTANDING.
Whilst ALL the themes are so important, this one is particularly special to us, both as individuals and as Credit Union advocates.
- We are not all the same.
- We shouldn’t judge others.
- We should be compassionate.
- We should consider other people’s feelings.
- People want to be valued and appreciated.
We pride ourselves in dealing with each and every one of our members in this way.
