We’ve taken a deep dive into responses regarding those who have NEVER taken a loan out with us and the results are very interesting! ⬇️
- 96% would recommend us to family or work colleagues. 👏 ⭐️
- 37% mainly use their account to avail of our LOAN options.
- However, 33% said they have NEVER taken a loan out with Harp and Crown Credit Union!
Yet… of those members who have never taken a loan out with us, 37% have used credit cards, 11% bank loans, 10% car finance, 10% Klarna (or similar) and 9% insurance direct debit facilities, over the last 2 years.
These members are missing out on our lower cost loan options, including our Flexi-loan product!
Our Flexi-loan was launched in November 2024 to provide HACCU members an option to avail of “credit when needed” and without shares being required to borrow.
Members use this facility to pay off high interest credit cards, loans, annual bills and insurance, unexpected costs…and more.
All whilst helping* avoid higher interest rates elsewhere!
