"One Step at a Time"

mens health week 2026
It's International Men’s Health Week, and this year’s theme is “One Step at a Time.”

The message is simple – small steps can make a big difference.

Whether it’s talking more openly, taking time to focus on fitness, or checking in with a colleague or friend, every action counts.

Supporting our Police Family

At Harp and Crown CU, we are proud to support our members through a range of community and sporting sponsorships that promote wellbeing, connection, and resilience. These initiatives help encourage teamwork, activity, and positive mental health across our Police Family community.

Financial Problems

Having financial difficulties can have a significant impact on a person’s health and wellbeing. If you’re struggling, please talk to us. We can help with debt consolidation loans, as well as advice and support around debt management.

Useful Charities and Links

You may also wish to support or explore the following organisations:

  • Movember which has all around support and information for men.

  • Thin Blue Line UK – run by police officers for police officers, the charity’s sole aim is to support those struggling with their mental health.

  • Man up which helps men talk to men about mental health.
