DEADLINES to amend:

PAYROLL - contact us by the 5th of the month to allow time to amend with pay branch for end of month pay. Eg email us before 4pm on Monday 5th October to amend end of October payroll amount.

DIRECT DEBIT - contact us by end of month to change Direct Debit deduction at the start of next month. Eg email us by 1pm Wednesday 30th September to amend start of October direct debit instruction.
