Simply contact our office either via phone (028 9068 5198) or via email (creditunion@harpandcrown.co.uk) requesting a direct debit mandate.
We will send you a direct debit mandate (which you can post back to us as some banks only accept original documents), along with acceptable ID (a list will be provided).
You can then print off / complete and scan back to us on email (along with the one x form of ID and one x form of address verification).
We will then process your direct debit instruction and email you back an initial statement with your account number.
Your saving by direct debit will then commence with the next available payroll run.

Your spouse/partner, and children age 16+ years no longer need to come to our office at Newforge to present their IDs in person.
Family members can JOIN ONLINE NOW, providing necessary IDs and bank details online.
Easy. There are 3 ways in which you can do this:
Simply head over to our ONLINE APP, scroll LEFT along the bottom menu to the FORMS section and change your monthly savings amount!
Message us in the CHAT feature of the ONLINE APP.
Email us via creditunion@harpandcrown.co.uk providing details of your identification and instruction.
As long as we receive instruction from you by the end of the month, we should be able to get your direct debit amended for the start of the next month eg contact us by 31st January for direct debit deduction at the start of February.
