How and when to amend your PAYROLL or DIRECT DEBIT

Do you need to AMEND your monthly PAYROLL or DIRECT DEBIT savings amount? EASY!
Simply head over to our ONLINE APP, scroll LEFT along the bottom menu to the FORMS section and change your monthly savings amount!
OR you can EMAIL us via creditunion@harpandcrown.co.uk to confirm your NEW monthly savings amount.
DEADLINES to amend:

PAYROLL - contact us by the 5th of the month to allow time to amend with pay branch for end of month pay. Eg email us before 4pm on Monday 5th of January to amend end of January payroll amount.

DIRECT DEBIT - contact us by end of month to change Direct Debit deduction at the start of next month. Eg email us by 1pm Tuesday 30th December to amend start of January direct debit instruction.
