January Highlights!

We got through the storms (just about) and have been helping members get back on their feet in the aftermath… 

• We had a busy month of POLICE FAMILY visits to PSNI Police Stations Lisburn and Lisnasharragh, the NCA offices AND we welcomed many more NEW PSNI Student Officers at the 👮 NI Police College! 

• We teamed up with our friends at International Police Association (IPA) to offer a bespoke joining offer.

• We saw a whopping 80+ new members join the HACCU in January!  

• JUNIOR accounts (0-15 years) are UP by 46% year on year! 

• Our overall membership is UP by almost 5% since January 2024. 

• We recorded a 16% INCREASE in the number of LOANS taken out by members compared to last January! 

• This has included our fantastic NEW FLEXI-LOAN product (with a £250 PRIZE DRAW Ts/Cs apply). 

• 80% MORE of our members are now ONLINE BANKING registered compared to this time last year.  Thanks to our BRAND-NEW IMPROVED Online Banking platform! Members are enjoying our NEW ONLINE APP with FASTER PAYMENTS facility!  

• We announced our sponsorship of the PFNI Bravery and Excellence Awards… 

• Finally…we launched our MEMBERS ONLY SURVEY and have heard from around 1200 of you! Amazing! We really appreciate this feedback. You can still take part before midnight on Sunday 2nd February for a chance to WIN!
