From time to time we will conduct a survey with our members, your feedback is important to us!

Dear Harp and Crown Credit Union Members, we would like to better understand your wants and needs so that we can help tailor our ethical financial services offering to you. 

As part of our 25th Anniversary year celebrations, we are offering YOU...OUR MEMBERS...the chance to WIN a share of a fantastic prize fund!  Complete our survey before midnight on Tuesday 5th September 2023 and you could win a share of £250!

We'll be selecting 10 x Winners (drawn randomly) after Wednesday 6th September to each win £25 into their Harp and Crown Credit Union savings account!  AND a special 25th Anniversary Harp & Crown CU pen!

Terms and Conditions

  1. 10 x winners.  10 x prizes in total ( 10 x £25 account deposits and 10 x 25th Anniversary HAC pens).

  2. This survey is only open to current Harp and Crown Credit Union members.

  3. The survey will be available from Tuesday 22nd August 2023 and the deadline to complete the survey will be at midnight on Tuesday 5th September 2023.

  4. Members must be able to verify their membership and the email address connected to their account, on the survey.  If you do not know your membership number, please contact our loans team at and they will be able to confirm your number with you.

  5. Winners will be notified via the email address provided on the survey, after Wednesday 6th September.

  6. Prize monies will be allocated to each winner's account upon verification of their membership by email.  This will take place within 21 days of the winning member confirming acceptance of their prize.
