DEADLINES to amend:

PAYROLL - contact us by the 5th of the month to allow time to amend with pay branch for end of month pay. Eg email us before 4pm on Wednesday 5th August to amend end of August payroll amount.

DIRECT DEBIT - contact us by end of month to change Direct Debit deduction at the start of next month. Eg email us by 1pm Friday 31st July to amend start of August direct debit instruction.
