How and when to amend your PAYROLL or DIRECT DEBIT

Do you need to AMEND your monthly PAYROLL or DIRECT DEBIT savings amount? EASY!
Simply EMAIL us via creditunion@harpandcrown.co.uk to confirm your NEW monthly savings amount.
DEADLINES to amend:

PAYROLL - contact us by the 5th of the month to allow time to amend with pay branch for end of month pay. Eg email us before 4pm on Thursday 5th of February to amend end of February payroll amount.

DIRECT DEBIT - contact us by end of month to change Direct Debit deduction at the start of next month. Eg email us by 4pm Friday 30th January to amend start of February direct debit instruction.
