We appreciate personal circumstances may change for our members, resulting in the following details needing to be amended:

4. Beneficiary

Please let us know as soon as you can so that we may update your account.

You can now update ALL of the above details within our ONLINE APP.  Simply login and scroll LEFT along the bottom menu to the FORMS section and change your details from there.
