DEADLINES to amend:

PAYROLL - contact us by the 5th of the month to allow time to amend with pay branch for end of month pay. Eg email us before 4pm on Friday 4th September to amend end of September payroll amount.

DIRECT DEBIT - contact us by end of month to change Direct Debit deduction at the start of next month. Eg email us by 1pm Monday 31st August to amend start of September direct debit instruction.
