The Credit Union returns all profits (after running costs) to its members.
The dividend (interest rate) is declared at the AGM approximately each December.
In line with rule 34.5 dividends will only be paid to those in membership of the credit union on the date the dividend is declared.
The dividend is based on the member’s average monthly balance over the course of one financial year (1st October – 30th September).
Remember there are many benefits of joining a credit union, compared to a bank. Our members can avail of lower interest rate loans, 5 x times their savings, subject to terms and conditions.
