Our lodgement process is EASY, SAFE and SECURE.

Lodgements can be made as follows:

  1. ONLINE via your own Bank Account.  The most convenient way for you to make a deposit (if you have access to mobile/online banking) is to add us as a "Payee" to your Bank Account and deposit online.  To facilitate this you will need:

    1. Payee Account Name - The Harp and Crown CU Ltd

    2. Reference - This is your 6-digit Harp and Crown Credit Union account number

    3. Sort Code - This will be passed to you via phone call**

    4. Account number - This will be passed to you via phone call**

  2. Telephone the office (028 9068 5198) with your debit card details.  If our phone line is busy please email us at creditunion@harpandcrown.co.uk and we will phone you back.

  3. Post in a cheque made payable to The Harp and Crown CU Ltd.

  4. Call into the office with cash (no appointment necessary).

**PLEASE NOTE:  We cannot provide our bank details via email due to security concerns, but we can give you a ring to confirm full details for this process.  Please ensure we have your mobile number registered to your account - email us to update via creditunion@harpandcrown.co.uk
