Withdrawals

Instant access to funds is provided, with none of your savings "locked in". All we ask is that you leave £5 in to keep the account open.

There are 3 ways to withdraw your shares (savings) or find out your current balance:

ONLINE BANKING APP WITH FASTER PAYMENTS - access your account online 24/7 HERE. **if you haven't yet requested ACTIVATION for your online account, please email us.
Email us at creditunion@harpandcrown.co.uk providing details of your identification and instruction.
Message us via the CHAT feature in our ONLINE APP.

If emailing, you will always receive a reply, letting you know that we have received your request, and that it has been actioned, with funds being lodged either directly into your bank account, or with the postage of a cheque. Via online banking, you'll be able to view your transaction history within the APP.

HOW TO AMEND MONTHLY PAYMENTS

As long as you are paying a minimum £10 per month, you can amend how much you save with us. There are 3 ways in which you can do this:

Simply head over to our ONLINE APP, scroll LEFT along the bottom menu to the FORMS section and change your monthly savings amount!
Message us in the CHAT feature of the ONLINE APP.
Email us via creditunion@harpandcrown.co.uk providing details of your identification and instruction.
