If emailing, you will always receive a reply, letting you know that we have received your request, and that it has been actioned, with funds being lodged either directly into your bank account, or with the postage of a cheque.
Via online banking, you'll be able to view your transaction history within the APP.
As long as you are paying a minimum £10 per month, you can amend how much you save with us.
